Our mission is to provide a welcoming, relaxing space where health and wellness thrive. What You’ll Be Doing As a Membership Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selling memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with energy and enthusiasm.
- Promoting the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership.
- Setting reservations and booking follow-up appointments.
- Conducting studio tours for new guests and answering questions about our services and facility.
- Ensuring members feel relaxed, welcome, and well cared for.
- Maintaining a clean and organized facility, including sauna room turnover and towel supply management.

- Evening and weekend availability.

We offer flexibility to choose your shifts from the following options:
- Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM, or 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
