What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and keep the team on track while having fun
• Support the GM in daily restaurant operations
• Maintain company standards for food, service, and cleanliness
• Coach and develop team members
• Deliver top-notch customer service and build guest loyalty
• Help drive restaurant growth and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 17 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1+ year of leadership or restaurant experience (a plus!)
• Positive energy, fun attitude, and a People First mindset
• Ability to communicate well with a diverse team
• Desire to grow personally and professionally
