Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence.

• Meal Break: 30 Minutes

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $48-$56 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, acute care, or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and positive rehabilitation outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish measurable rehabilitation goals
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs focused on strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, safety strategies, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress reviews
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Promote patient safety, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life
