Overall Purpose of the Job: As a Business Systems Administrator/Analyst, you will play a vital role in overseeing and maintaining the reliable operation of our IT business systems and ERP. (MIE Trak) Collaborating with business partners, you will design, document, develop, test, and implement system enhancements. Providing functional support and guidance, you will work with super users to create custom reports and maintain documentation of processes and procedures. This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities and reports directly to the President.

Essential Functions:

• Implement and maintain technical infrastructure, database systems, and ERP system (MIE Trak), including planning, conversions, training, proper testing/validation, and delivery.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers to ensure stable and secure corporate IT environment, meeting all business IT requirements efficiently.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
• Oversee system implementations and business process enhancements, developing detailed plans to achieve targets.
• Schedule, plan, and perform system upgrades, coordinating transitions from test to production environments.
• Communicate with and update customers, keeping them informed of issues, resolutions, incident progress, and agreed outages.
• Establish and maintain information technology policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide end-user support and training for all company applications and technology assets, assisting users with systems/processes and computing best practices.
• Assess end-users' needs and provide support for standardized, customized, or ad-hoc reports using SQL and Crystal reports.
• Develop and document SOPs and internal processes and procedures.
• Examine and audit data for discrepancies, resolving data-related issues and ensuring accuracy at various stages of data processing.
• Analyze business processes, interview users, interrogate systems and databases, generate process improvement ideas, and gain organizational alignment and support for change.
• Troubleshoot ERP system problems, research causes, and implement solutions.
• Build, test, implement, and maintain integrations between business applications, ensuring data flows correctly between systems.
• Write scripts for improved automation.
• Work with vendor partners to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve hardware problems.
• Manage security awareness training and testing.
• Maintain company IT assets and inventory.
• Participate in system and data governance activities and assist with technology planning.
• Act as a liaison between clients and third parties, ensuring SOP documentation, managing fixed assets, providing user training, scheduling cyber security training, writing reports, optimizing processes, and identifying automation opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a technology-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer hardware.

• Strong proficiency in SQL database, ability to author SQL statements, and expert knowledge of Crystal reports.
• Ability to create a SQL virtual table, make it into a command, and couple it with Crystal Reports or similar report writer solution to create reports and dashboards from a variety of data sources.
• Familiarity with SQL triggers (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, create, alter drop) to invoke stored procedures in the DB when a special event occurs.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) administration.
• A self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work independently.
