Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: $37.86/hour base pay (experience based)
- Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; relocation allowance up to $2,500 with receipts; sign-on bonus from $1,000 to $5,000 paid upon hire and additional $2,000 after 1-3 years of employment; professional environments and support
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations
- Document patient progress accurately using Meditech or similar
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery
- Maintain compliance with licensing and safety protocols
- Participate in weekend rotations approximately every 4-5 weekends
- Adhere to professional dress standards in scrubs
What You Need
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Valid Kansas PT license
- BLS certification
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- 0+ years of professional experience preferred
