Travel Physical Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team. The role involves meeting an average of 8-12 patients per day, discussing their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and creating customized, comprehensive therapy plans. You will work closely with doctors and other health team members to arrange follow‑up care, provide lifestyle education and remain a positive, affirming presence in patients’ lives. The position is new graduate friendly and emphasizes compassion, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Responsibilities Meet with patients from many different backgrounds to discuss health concerns and therapy needs. Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient. Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their mobility goals. Work closely with each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow‑up care. Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress. Qualifications Must hold the required state license for physical therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients.
