JD and Must Have's

Retail POS/Payments support, with hands-on NCR Retalix R10 / Radiant / CX7 / 770x POS platform experience.

Experience with fuel & forecourt systems including Site Controller, fuel dispensers, Price Advantage, and Price Book integration.

Strong log analysis skills (POS, FUEL PC, Windows Event Viewer) for advanced troubleshooting.

ITIL-based incident and problem management experience with the ability to own a problem backlog end-to-end.

Scripting and automation exposure (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or RPA) to build L0/L1 self-heal solutions.

Experience working with POS/payment vendors (NCR, Verifone) to drive permanent fixes through JIRA and ServiceNow.

Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work directly with client SHD/L2 leads and internal teams
