Gettle Incorporated is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant/Driver to join our team.** This position plays a vital role in supporting our warehouse operations by ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of electrical materials, tools, and equipment to company jobsites. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and committed to providing excellent support to both our warehouse and field teams in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Assistant/Driver** works closely with the Warehouse Manager, Project Managers, field personnel, and vendors to ensure materials are available when needed to support successful project execution. Warehouse Assistant/Driver | Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Safely deliver electrical materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to company jobsites while operating company vehicles. Load, unload, secure, and transport materials. Perform routine vehicle inspections. Comply with DOT regulations and company driving policies. Maintain delivery records. Receive, inspect, unload, and stock materials. Organize warehouse inventory. Assist with inventory counts. Prepare materials for projects. Maintain a clean warehouse. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Follow OSHA, DOT and company safety requirements. Wear required PPE. Report unsafe conditions. Communicate with managers, field personnel and vendors. Support field crews. Maintain professionalism. Operate warehouse equipment safely. Use computers for inventory and reporting. Maintain company vehicles and equipment. Maintain regular attendance. Work overtime as needed. Travel to jobsites as required. Warehouse Assistant/Driver | Requirements: High school diploma or 3-5 years warehouse/delivery experience preferred. Electrical construction material knowledge preferred. Valid driver's license required. DOT Medical Card required. Class B CDL preferred. Forklift certification preferred. Knowledge of warehouse operations. Basic computer skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and on a team. Exposure to weather and moderate noise. Stand, walk, bend, kneel and climb. Lift up to 50 pounds. Push/pull up to 100 pounds.
