Licensed Occupational Therapist
Renewal Rehab
Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care for primarily senior populations in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve function, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to outcome-focused programs.
