• Provide assistance in specimen collection and sample preparation as required.
• Meticulously document all laboratory processes, mentor new colleagues or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification as a condition of continued employment.
