You’ll be the first voice customers hear and the first face they see — while also keeping our inventory records accurate in CDK, processing deal documentation, and supporting our commercial sales team. Multi-line phone management, customer greeting, and front office operations Daily CDK inventory entries, VIN pulls, vehicle labeling, and stock board maintenance Fleet deal entry, sold reporting, and Assignment of Proceeds (AOP) preparation Bilingual customer support throughout the sales and F&I process Competitive hourly pay — paid weekly Monday through Friday schedule with occasional extended hours during busy periods Collaborative, experienced sales team to work alongside Opportunity to grow your skills across inventory, sales admin, and dealership operations The Location Chastang Truck Center is located in Houston, Texas — the fourth-largest city in the United States and one of the most dynamic, diverse, and opportunity-rich metros in the country.
