Overview Booster is a mission‑driven school fundraising company that partners with over 6,000 schools each year to help them raise funds through engaging and innovative experiences. As a Program Specialist, you will serve as the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, working alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals and create positive impacts for students and communities. Responsibilities Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students. Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser. Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school. Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators. Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team. Qualifications Excellent communication skills—professional, enthusiastic, and clear in both written and verbal interactions. Positive attitude with optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and teammates. Growth mindset—a continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally. Good judgment with strong self‑awareness and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented and a hard worker who gets things done efficiently. Enthusiastic and able to connect naturally with students, faculty, and staff. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Ability to pass Booster’s background and motor vehicle checks. Capacity to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
