Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health status through regular virtual meetings.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring culturally responsive practices throughout.
• Offer clinical insights and referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists or support groups, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Continuously assess and adapt treatment interventions based on clients' evolving needs and progress, maintaining accurate documentation within our EHR system.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural sensitivity in therapy approaches.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients from various demographics.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
