Job Details Location: Impressions At Valley Center - Victorville, CA 92394 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly Job Category: Admin - Clerical Responsibilities Show rent-ready apartments. Meet with prospective applicants. Effectively qualify prospective residents and verify applications. Prepare lease documents and related paperwork. Take a proactive role in researching competition and marketing. Work closely with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate leasing. Maintain awareness of the property’s general appearance and condition, and relay information as needed. Prepare and maintain complete resident files. Ensure that all applications are completed in their entirety and in a timely manner. Ensure the leasing area is clean at all times. Record all paperwork accurately. Address resident concerns so that they are handled quickly and efficiently with established procedures. Assist in collection of rents and preparation of receipts. Assist in ensuring the deposits are made on time and the documentation is carefully maintained. Record traffic in the software program on a daily basis. Follow up with Guest Cards or a “Thank You” response within twenty-four (24) hours of the prospect’s visit. Assist the Community Manager and Assistant Manager in the performance of their duties. Maintain a work pace appropriate to the given workload. Be organized and proficient at time management. Work with and understand persons of all ethnic and family backgrounds. Perform complex or varied tasks. Other duties as requested. Attend company‑sponsored events related to team development, which may occasionally include overnight stays away from home. Encouraged to attend company‑sponsored Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification class for professional development. Experience & Qualifications Minimum one year in a customer‑service related field. Basic math skills. High school education or equivalent. Proficiency in verbal and written English communication. Ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Working knowledge of general office equipment. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Operate computer and office equipment.
