Registered Nurse Opportunity

Must be licensed RN in Wisconsin

Full time

On call rotating schedule

Occasional floor shift as needed

Certifications preferred: wound care, infection preventionist

What You'll Do

• Assist with the overall management of the nursing department

• Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures

• Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care

• Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

• Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff

What You Bring

• Current RN license in the state of practice

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience

• Wound care certified (preferred)

• Infection preventionist certified with CDC (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance

• A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents
