As one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, we pride ourselves on being the top choice for rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. What to Expect:
- Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.
- Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.
- Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information.
