SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: Secure ICEYE's financial compliance and operational growth in Greece. You will act as the primary finance lead in Greece, partnering closely with regional leadership, business, and global finance with a growth mindset. You will ensure full statutory compliance and manage local financial risks while providing the clarity needed to scale the business and operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities Finance Management & Business Partnering Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Greek office Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decisionmaking Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend accelerated business growth actions Partner with local leadership and global teams to align business strategies for growth and expansion Oversee local statutory reporting and local accounting office Accounting & Compliance Oversight Support group accounting and drive local compliance Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Maintain compliance with Greek GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities Regulatory & Tax Management Monitor corporate tax filings, consumption tax, and other statutory obligations Stay up to date with changes in Greek financial regulations and ensure compliance Support transfer pricing and inter‑company transactions in collaboration with global teams Team & Stakeholder Management Serve as the key point of contact for all finance‑related matters in Greece Collaborate cross‑functionally with groups finance, operations, sales, and legal teams What we’re looking for Must haves: Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment Fluent in Greek and business‑level English Application Process Application Review Recruiter Interview Hiring Manager Interview Focus Interview Final Interview Offer Working at ICEYE At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
