Sales & Procurement Specialist - heavy equipment resale (#34625) Dallas-Ft Worth, TX (DFW) area A global industrial heavy equipment resale company is looking for a Sales & Procurement Specialist to join their team. Ideal candidate will have heavy equipment sales and procurement experience with a good understanding of manufacturer’s needs. Responsibilities Grow and develop customer relationships throughout the Texas tri-state area Purchase or consign heavy equipment for company auctions; responsible for the procurement of used construction equipment Manage vendors and handle logistics domestically and internationally Reporting directly to VP: develop territory throughout the Texas region, managing all client and prospective transactions Build on a network of rental companies, contractors and dealers to source purchases Appraise, negotiate and purchase equipment maximizing revenue and profit Work both remotely and from the office (hybrid) Other job duties as assigned Qualifications 5 years’ experience in construction equipment sales/purchasing Familiarity with Excel and CRM software Ability to communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and colleagues Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field Must be able to work remotely from home and also travel from the DFW area up to 80% (as needed) Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions
