Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across assigned functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while delivering a positive and consistent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Full‑cycle recruiting – Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt roles across assigned functions (e.g., Corporate, Commercial, R&D, Operations). Hiring manager partnership – Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines; participate in intake discussions; coordinate interview scheduling. Sourcing & talent attraction – Execute sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and hiring timelines; source candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other recruiting channels; screen and assess candidates. Candidate experience – Deliver a professional, timely, and inclusive experience; communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process; support offer coordination with HR and Compensation. Process & data management – Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS; track recruiting activity and progress against hiring goals; contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments. Experience recruiting for entry‑ to mid‑level professional roles. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter. Preferred experience supporting multiple roles or functions simultaneously. Background in fast‑paced or growing organizations. Familiarity with recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and candidate flow. Interest in developing sourcing and talent advisory skills. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this role is $70,000 – $100,000, and the role includes a competitive commission plan. Additional benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, a generous paid time‑off policy, hybrid work schedules, and a comprehensive benefits program.
