Logistics Coordinator - 2nd shift

What you’ll do Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods on‑time Coordinates with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers Coordinates with carriers, customers, and Customer Service Plans deliveries not scheduled, i.e. rush orders Reviews and proposes improvements on transport planning scope Follow customer specific processes: labeling, verification of lot numbers, tagging, etc. What makes you a good fit High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, shipping, or supply chain operations preferred. Proficiency with SAP, transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, preferred. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across carriers, warehouses, customer service, and internal stakeholders. Experience managing transportation schedules, freight exceptions, and carrier relationships in a fast‑paced environment. Must be available to work 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM and rotational on call Saturday. The hourly pay range for this role is $24.47 . This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
