Admitting Receptionist

Pacific Surgery Center, LLC (PSC), is a physician owned, single-specialty urology ambulatory surgery center currently under development in Omaha, NE, with two operating rooms and one procedure room. Ideal candidates for employment with PSC will be self-starters possessing a positive, team-oriented approach to their work.
Admitting Receptionist/Surgery Scheduler
20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day.
Greets patients and visitors as well as manages incoming calls to facility. Registers patients and processes related paperwork. Schedules procedures for the ASC; maintaining maximum efficiency and utilization of the operating rooms. Schedules Operating Room procedures with a variety of office staff and Physician's considering availability of equipment and staff. Performs general business office functions.
Required
1. High school diploma or GED certificate
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Excellent computer skills
4. Medical receptionist experience required
Preferred
1. ASC experience
2. Surgery scheduling experience
