Sales Ambassador

Summary Provides personalized, customer-focused service and an inspiring shopping experience. Supports sales goals while sharing knowledge of fashion, styling, and brand offerings. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives. Assist customers with styling, fitting room needs, and available programs and offerings. Maintain sales floor, stockroom, operational, and visual standards, including replenishment and floor sets. Collaborate with the team, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
