A well-established and top ranked plaintiff personal injury firm in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. The firm is known for its strong trial results, collaborative culture, and commitment to high-quality advocacy on behalf of its clients. Position Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution Conduct and defend depositions Handle written discovery, motion practice, and case strategy development Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings Collaborate with other attorneys on case evaluation and litigation strategy Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Qualifications 2+ years of litigation experience preferred (flexible based on overall background) Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred, but not required Open to candidates with insurance defense backgrounds seeking to transition Trial experience or meaningful exposure to trial preparation Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team-based structure Fully on-site, team-oriented environment Collaborative case handling with multiple attorneys per matter Regular litigation strategy meetings and case reviews Strong mentorship and professional development opportunities Additional Highlights Opportunity for significant courtroom and trial experience High-level litigation work in a growing practice Clear path for long-term career growth Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for a confidential discussion.
