Sign-on bonus after six months Relocation assistance available Supportive and collaborative clinical team Meaningful work serving children, adults, and families in an underserved community Excellent experience for clinicians interested in community mental health Salary range: $63,576 – $66,753 What You’ll Do Provide individual, family, and group outpatient therapy Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Support individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges Collaborate with psychiatrists, schools, community agencies, and interdisciplinary teams Complete clinical documentation and maintain treatment records Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or related field Michigan licensure or licensure eligibility Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience working with children, adults, or co-occurring disorders Interest in rural and community mental health settings Familiarity with recovery-oriented care About the Area Northern Michigan is surrounded by lakes, trails, forests, and outdoor recreation opportunities.
