What Sets Us Apart Custom scheduling options designed around your availability Dedicated support with patient placement and caseload development Accessible leadership team and responsive communication Collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence Realistic workload expectations Meaningful opportunities to support children and families within their natural environments Key Responsibilities As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in the home setting Complete evaluations and assessments to determine individualized treatment needs Develop and implement personalized plans of care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Educate caregivers on strategies that support communication development outside of therapy sessions Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Maintain ongoing communication regarding patient progress, recommendations, and treatment goals Optional opportunities available for supervision and mentorship of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Schedule Flexibility We understand that every clinician has different scheduling needs.
