You'll perform material takeoffs from plan sets, coordinate with vendors for pricing, and partner with engineers and PMs to validate scope before proposal release.## What you'll do* Perform material takeoffs from architectural plan sets (Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, or comparable)* Source vendor pricing and validate availability for proposal-stage materials* Build labor estimates against scope, complexity, and crew capacity* Coordinate with engineers and project managers to validate scope before release* Maintain estimate templates and historical estimate accuracy data## What we're looking for* 2+ years estimating in commercial low voltage, electrical, or comparable trade* Proficiency with takeoff software (Bluebeam Revu, OnScreen Takeoff, or similar)* Strong attention to detail and bid-submission discipline* Familiarity with structured cabling and physical security material catalogs* Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZYou'll always hear from usEvery applicant gets a status update within 5 business days.
