Shift Lead – Pizza Factory
7310 Hwy 49 Ste 4 Lotus, CA
Pizza Factory is hiring a Shift Lead to help manage daily operations and support the team during busy shifts. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and providing great customer service, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities- Supervise staff and support the team during shifts
- Ensure great customer service and food quality
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily checklists
- Help prepare food, serve guests, and manage orders
- Follow cash handling and POS procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Support training and keep a positive team environment
- 1+ year restaurant or quick-service experience preferred
- Basic math and POS/cash register skills
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Working in hot kitchen conditions
