Sales Consultant - City

• Base: $4,000/monthly + Commission (draw against commission)
• Earning potential of $70K to $200K annually

• 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday)
• Candidates will need to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

• Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering great customer experiences
• Build genuine relationships with new & existing customers
• Schedule appointments for client design consultations
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Measure spaces, estimate materials, present proposals, product suggestions, manage payments & oversee project quality
• Keep the install team on track by coordinating schedules & sharing clear notes + photos
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability & to order materials for active projects
• Utilize social media to create networking groups & prospect for new business
• Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend.

• 3+ years' proven work experience in Flooring Sales, Flooring Estimator, Flooring Installation, or similar role
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
• Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of flooring industry (REQUIRED)
• Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fundamental tech, social media & math skills

• Quick to help customers get what they need
• Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority

• Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required - willing to train
