Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Hanford, CA

$22 - $26 per hour

Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support a busy retail/community pharmacy within a health center environment. This per diem position offers immediate start with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, for a duration of 4 to 6 weeks. There is potential for contract-to-hire status for candidates who are Spanish-speaking.

Responsibilities include:

Performing standard pharmacy technician duties in a retail/community setting.
Assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
Supporting pharmacy operations within the health center.
Utilizing the Rx30 pharmacy system for prescription processing and documentation.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy technician experience required.
Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy software preferred.
Spanish language proficiency is highly desired and will be given preferential consideration, though not mandatory.

Position is based in Hanford, CA.

Schedule/Hours:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
