Multiskilled Technician (CNA) – Critical Care Job Type: Full Time | Varied Schedule: 3x12, Varied Responsibilities Performs basic patient care activities as delegated including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output. Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and eating. Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Assists with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire. Required Skills: Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment while taking appropriate action. Competencies: EKG Interpretation required within 90 days of hire. Licenses: Arizona CNA license or LNA license required upon hire. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
