General Production WorkerThis role involves working in a high-volume manufacturing and production environment across shifts (A: 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. C: 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.). General production workers support production, assembly, and packaging operations, performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods and following clear instructions to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPerform general production and assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment, including repetitive work while standing for long periods of time.Support production lines by handling general labor duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.Package and label product accurately according to established standards and instructions.Use basic power tools to assist with production, repair, or related tasks as directed.Follow written and verbal directions carefully to meet quality, safety, and productivity requirements.Maintain a clean and organized work areaWork EnvironmentThe environment is a busy manufacturing and production setting with repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing throughout the shift. Steel-toed boots or shoes are required as the primary personal protective equipment; no additional certifications or medical PPE are needed. Maintenance positions within the facility have two levels with pay tied to experience, and there is room to grow into higher-level maintenance roles. Consistent attendance is critical.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Verona, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39208.00 - $40248.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Full Medical Plans along with Dental and vision.
