Join our dynamic team as a Behavior Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by providing expert behavioral health support. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy and personalized treatment plans to promote positive behavioral change. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living. • Work effectively in client's home

• Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA

• Collect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software

• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families and team members

• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings

• Support the generalization of client skills across multiple settings and caregivers

• Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical and confidentiality standards

• Master's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• RBT certification preferred

• Project Impact trained preferred

• Effective time management skills

• Work flexible hours to meet program requirements

• Commute to various areas in the San Diego county

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, MS Word

• Available to work on Saturdays preferred

• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and motor vehicle record check

• Must be able to submit verification of authorization to work in the U.S.A. upon hire

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities requried

• Ability to work 10 - 40 hours / week

• Valid California Class C driver's license, valid insurance, and own transportation required

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn
