Programmers.io is currently looking for a "Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist" . Full Time Role with benefits Role- We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & Human Resources Professional to join our team in Dallas, Texas . This is a fully onsite role that requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR support functions . The ideal candidate will have experience hiring across a broad range of positions, including Technical, IT, Functional, Corporate, Sales, Operations, and Leadership roles . Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to candidate onboarding. Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across various job boards and social media platforms. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, talent communities, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews. Assess candidates for technical competencies, functional expertise, culture fit, and overall suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to stakeholders. Conduct reference checks and background verification processes. Negotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers. Generate and release offer letters and employment documentation. Track hiring metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Human Resources & Onboarding Facilitate and coordinate new hire onboarding activities. Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Partner with leadership and managers on hiring strategies and workforce planning. Support employee engagement and HR-related initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring practices, and company policies. Assist with HR administration and employee lifecycle processes as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. Strong experience recruiting for: Information Technology (IT) roles Technical and Engineering positions Functional and Business roles Corporate and Administrative positions Leadership and Executive-level talent Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and major job boards. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with offer negotiations and compensation discussions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Software Development, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation roles. Experience supporting both U.S. and international hiring initiatives. Knowledge of HR best practices and employee onboarding processes. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
