E-Commerce Support Specialist Full Time Clerical Inver Grove Heights, MN, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 2310 Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused E-Commerce Support Specialist to join our Retail Order Fulfillment Team! This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate online order processing, timely customer communication, shipping coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process online orders, refunds, credits, and gift card transactions Communicate with customers regarding order status, questions, and order updates Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with warehouse staff Monitor orders for inventory, payment, and shipping issues and resolve concerns Support third-party marketplace orders and maintain accurate product availability Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with timely, professional service Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve e-commerce processes Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of customer service, retail, administrative, or e-commerce experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Ability to learn e-commerce and order management systems Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Physical Requirements Frequently sit, stand, walk, and work at a computer Occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds Ability to work additional hours during peak retail seasons as needed Some of our benefits may include: Come grow with us! *E-Verify:* Gertens participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program in all facilities located in the United States.
