Make a meaningful impact by guiding students and supporting staff as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a welcoming and dedicated educational environment. Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Previous experience within a school setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, paraprofessionals, and families
- Ability to oversee, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of individualized FBAs and BIPs for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
- Work closely with district and contracted RBTs, ensuring high fidelity in intervention delivery and ongoing professional support
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and related service providers on effective classroom strategies and behavioral interventions
- Collect and interpret behavioral data, monitor student progress, and adjust plans as needed to optimize student success
- Provide training to school staff and families on behavior management techniques
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as required
