Future BCBA: Clinical Practicum & Supervision Program

Overview AB Spectrum is a specialized therapy center providing ReggioABA™ therapy for young children 1-6. The practicum position offers BCBA students supervised clinical experience. Program Overview Model: Therapy through Play using a Natural Environment Teaching (NET) child‑led learning environment. Team: Collaborative BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and Administration; cross‑disciplinary collaboration. Practicum Position Details Paid Restricted and Unrestricted Hours Regular Client Pairings Daily supervision and specialized training with 1:1 BCBA meetings Smaller caseloads for optimal experience Diverse team of BCBAs for broad experience Resource hub for comprehensive support Perks: tuition reimbursement, PTO, client interactions, team‑building events Acceptance after a two‑week performance review based on adherence to protocols, ethics, training schedule, and completion of assigned tasks.
