Behavioral Health Services of Virginia (BHSVA) – Fredericksburg is seeking Part-Time QMHPs who want steady clients, reliable referrals, and strong clinical support —without the demands of a full-time schedule.
This is not PRN or on-call work . You will be assigned a full, consistent caseload while maintaining part-time hours.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in community-based or behavioral health services preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
License/Certification:
- QMHP Certification (Required)
What You’ll Do
- Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
- Work with children, adolescents, and adults in the Fredericksburg region
- Complete documentation within 24 hours
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Participate in weekly supervision and team support
