IT Manager, Client Engineering & Endpoint Platforms

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Electronics, or a related STEM field; equivalent relevant IT experience combined with certifications may also qualify.
• At least 8 years of relevant IT experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience managing professionals and leading teams.
• Experience with on-premises or cloud endpoint management products; related certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with endpoint technologies such as Intune in an enterprise environment serving at least 1,000 users.
• Experience leading teams that deploy and support endpoint technologies.
• Experience with roadmap and budget planning.
• Ability to collaborate across global and regional IT organizations, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Leadership, team-building, and management skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships between business users and IT.
• Understanding of organizational goals and the ability to advance innovation in digital workplace client engineering services.
• Self-motivation, independence, strong verbal and written communication, and familiarity with project management principles.

• Plan, coordinate, and direct the Digital Workplace Client Engineering Services Team, aligning its work with the objectives of our Global Client Engineering & Mobile Platform Group and Digital Workplace Services Department.
• Oversee regional digital workplace client platforms to support reliability, performance, and user satisfaction, while keeping current with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Lead work across Windows client platforms, device management platforms—including Intune, Group Policy, and licensing servers—end-user device strategy and design, client engineering support, endpoint standards, and communications.
• Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for relevant services and applications.
• Work with organizational decision-makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective processes, technology solutions, and services.
• Partner with the Group Lead to shape the direction and vision of the Digital Unit, Division, Department, and Group, and help put their strategies into action.
• Build trusted global relationships and networks, identify customer needs, and use influence to advance global IT goals.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing IT team through teaching, coaching, mentoring, associate development, and consistent performance management.
• Keep team members motivated and engaged in achieving goals and objectives.
• Deliver annually approved team goals, meeting schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
• Advance regional end-user computing tools and capabilities, aligning endpoint strategies with security, risk, data loss, compliance, records retention, and collaboration strategies.
