Occupational Therapist II Full Time Days Position Summary \n
\n
\n Evaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation. \n
\n
Responsibilities \n
\n
\n Responds to physician orders for occupational therapy. \n
\n
\n Administers and interprets tests and measurements of patients. \n
\n
\n Reviews patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modifies treatment plan accordingly. \n
\n
\n Develops functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations. \n
\n
\n Develop, improve or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities. \n
\n
\n Seeks clarification of physician orders as needed. \n
\n
THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST II FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. \n
