Gate Access & Visitor Control Specialist

Overview Poly-West, Inc. located in Henderson, NV,is currently seeking Gate Attendant to join our team.Poly-West produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags and construction films.Poly-West is part of an established nationwide manufacturing company that can provide growth and advancement opportunities. Gate Attendants work a set schedule of 4 days on and3 days off with 12 hour shifts.Candidates must be available to work each day of the week. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communications skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. At least six months experience in a security role preferred. The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management. Responsibilities Gate Attendants responsibilities atPoly-West include, but are not limited to: Monitor employee access to the facility. Scale shipments and deliveries and release through software based system. Register all visitors properly and ensure they are sent to proper departments. Communicate with various department to announce visitors, issues, or emergencies.
