Talent Acquisition Specialist

PURPOSE: The HR Specialist is responsible for attracting candidates to support the company’s staffing needs, serving as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process and beyond. This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years of recruiting experience plus 3 years of experience in recruiting skilled manufacturing personnel in a Experience in creating positive written communications Experience working across all functions of an organization Knowledge of employment laws Excellent computer skills especially with Excel, Word, and Outlook
