Campus Operations & Maintenance Assistant
Avemaria
Avemaria is seeking a candidate to assist the Manager of Continuous Improvement in Campus Operations. You will perform tasks such as handling the Check-In/Check-Out process, conducting HVAC checks on unoccupied units, and cleaning those units to prepare for tenants in Fall 2026. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management and communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office.
