The company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT infrastructure positions. This individual will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract qualified candidates across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT support. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting technical professionals in a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting financial services or enterprise technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

• Source candidates for technical positions, including Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Systems Administrators, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, IT Support Engineers, and Technical Project Managers.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.

• Develop candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, relevant certifications, communication skills, and alignment with company requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate applicant records, and provide updates on pipeline progress and time-to-fill metrics.

• Support workforce planning and ongoing recruitment initiatives as the company grows its technology services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on technical or IT positions.

• Experience sourcing and recruiting professionals in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cloud technology, cybersecurity, or technical support.

• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing platforms.

• Ability to understand technical job requirements and assess candidates' relevant experience.

• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and candidate management skills.

• Experience recruiting for financial services, managed IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
