Global Content Producer, Residential Energy

We are seeking a creative and experienced Global Content Producer, Residential Energy where you will be responsible for both creative and logistical aspects of video projects for Residential Energy solutions including Powerwall, Solar Panels, Solar Roof, Virtual Power Plant, Tesla Electric, Home Charging and Tesla App. From customer case studies, product launch videos, and technical educational content, you'll oversee all aspects of video production from concept through filming—developing creative briefs, aligning stakeholders (NA, APAC, EMEA), sourcing and managing external production agencies, and ensuring every project is delivered on time and aligns with the Tesla brand and mission. What You'll Do Lead the production of compelling visual narratives that simplify complex energy technology and drive adoption, craft production plans and schedules for product launches and customer stories to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned and up to date on project progress Identify and scout locations, manage shoot schedules, budgets, shot lists, and call sheets Coordinate interdepartmentally between internal marketing, product, sales and engineering teams and external production partners to secure product access, legal clearances, and customer participation Lead on‑set shoots, providing real‑time feedback to ensure video and audio meet creative and brand standards.
