Position Overview

Bartenders at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill are central to the guest experience. This role combines technical skill, speed, and genuine hospitality to deliver consistently excellent beverages while engaging guests in a lively, polished setting. Ideal candidates are confident behind the bar, attentive to detail, and energized by volume without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to all guests
Maintain thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
Execute cocktails efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area
Handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions accurately
Assist with bar prep, restocking, and inventory as needed
Communicate effectively with servers, management, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Pay: $14 / hour

plus tips

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant environment preferred
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
