Pay Rate: $71,050 $99,835 annually

Provide, promote, and maintain quality patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) through adherence to clinical standards, professional development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers patient-centered care for patients requiring close monitoring and intermediate-level critical care support.

Initiate and document a comprehensive plan of care within established timeframes
Perform patient interventions proficiently and demonstrate age-specific competency
Verify accuracy of physician orders, including medication reconciliation and scheduling of procedures
Ensure completion of pre-operative documentation and consent forms
Administer medications in accordance with IV therapy and safety protocols
Monitor patients for adverse reactions, especially with first-dose medications
Interpret diagnostic data and report critical values per protocol
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Perform additional duties as required

Associate s degree in Nursing
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact or South Carolina)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 7 days of hire)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (within orientation)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (within orientation)
Previous clinical experience considered based on individual background
