Compassionate and patient Reliable with a strong work ethic A great communicator and problem solver Naturally attentive to others' needs CNA or prior caregiving experience is a plus — but not required.

As a caregiver, you'll provide both practical support and meaningful companionship.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Helping with mobility and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's or dementia
• Documenting care using our easy-to-use AxisCare app
• Following all safety and infection-control policies

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Responsible, mature, and dependable
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
• Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks)
• Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred — not required
