Product Support Manager- Corporate Deposits - Vice President

The Deposits & Cash Management team is focused on growing core deposit capabilities, strengthening client relationships, and developing new products to support evolving client needs.Role OverviewThis role supports the operational execution and client onboarding of Morgan Stanley’s new corporate deposit product offering, including overnight and term deposit capabilities delivered through digital banking platforms.The successful candidate will serve as a central “quarterback” across Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Operations, ensuring seamless client onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing product support. As a Vice President, this role will also be responsible for establishing scalable processes and building out a middle office support function as the product platform grows.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary coordination point ("quarterback") across stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end client onboardingSupport Sales and Product teams throughout the onboarding lifecycle, including client interactions, demos, and follow-upsLead Online Banking setup, walkthroughs, and client demonstrations of platform capabilitiesConduct follow-up outreach with clients to ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and requirementsManage inbound client inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution or escalation as appropriateMaintain and update onboarding status within Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of operational stages and pipeline progressionHelp design and implement a scalable ticketing and case management system for client support and issue trackingIdentify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across onboarding and support workflowsSupport build-out and management of a middle office product support team as the platform scalesExperience5–8+ years of experience in client onboarding, middle office, product support, or cash management operationsExperience supporting corporate banking products, ideally deposits or treasury servicesProven ability to manage end-to-end onboarding processes and client lifecycle activitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fieldSkills & AttributesStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneouslyClient-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and issue resolution capabilitiesAbility to operate effectively across Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teamsStrong attention to detail with focus on process integrity and data accuracy (e.g., Salesforce tracking)Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and external clientsExecution-oriented mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, build environmentWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
