Operations Manager - Sheet Metal & CNC, Growth & Impact
New Castle Metal, Inc.
New Castle Building Products (NCBP) is seeking an Operations Manager for our Metals location in Norwalk, CT. You will schedule daily manufacturing work, optimize machine utilization, and manage shop floor personnel to meet productivity goals. You will oversee CNC programming, coordinate inbound and outbound materials, and uphold Quality Assurance and Safety policies.
