ROLE SPECIFICS: Are you interested in an Entry-Level Claims position? We are currently looking for a Claims Assistant who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support. Do you love learning how things work and being part of a team with shared goals? You may be an excellent fit for this exciting role! This is a on-site in Miami, FL for first 3- 6 months and than can possibly transition hybrid role.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform basic claim handling functions including data entry, ordering reports, preparing and filing forms.
• Capable of working independently and on a team.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment.
• Embrace a challenge, excellent organizational skills, integrity, and thrive on getting the job done.
• Routinely collaborate with Adjusters, Branch Leaders, clients and claimants.

ABOUT YOU

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year office work experience
• Knowledge of current business software such as Word and Excel
